My experience with indigo blue for the body

My experience with Nile blue:

After browsing many sites on the Internet, I learned that using blue indigo for the skin is part of ancient Moroccan rituals, especially for those who live in the desert. They massage the skin of the body of the bride with for 3 days before the wedding date, so that her skin becomes more shiny and fresh.

Because I have dark areas on my body, I decided to test the effectiveness of Blue Indigo in lightening skin. I looked for a recipe in which I can easily find ingredients, so I chose this recipe, which consists of:

  • 4 teaspoons of Moroccan indigo powder.
  • A few drops of argan oil.
  • A box of yogurt.

How to use nila blue indigo with argan oil:

  • I mixed Moroccan indigo with argan oil and yogurt.
  • I distributed the mixture with a mask brush on the dark areas whose color I would like to lighten, I even spread it on the skin of my face, but I avoided going near the contour of the mouth and the eyes.
  • I left the mixture on for 30 minutes and then washed my skin with lukewarm water.
  • After that, I applied the moisturizer I usually use.
  • I continued following this indigo blue recipe for 4 weeks straight, and my face and body definitely looked clearer, fresher and glowing. I won't hide from you that I was a little apprehensive at first because my skin had acquired a slight blue color, but soon its effect faded.
