Manual:
In massage: Dilute a few drops of frankincense oil in a vegetable oil of your choice and gently massage the painful area.
Use circular motions and apply light pressure. Repeat regularly as needed.
Diluted in a bath: Add a few drops of frankincense oil to your hot bath.
Enjoy the bath for at least 15 minutes to allow the frankincense oil to mix with the water and release its soothing properties.
